The best state to form your Limited Liability Company (LLC) in is nearly always your home state.
This is because your company is doing business primarily in that state, whether it is a physical business or an online business.
 

On the Invoice Center home screen, click “+ New Invoice/Quote”
This will create a new invoice and allow you to fill in the Invoice details, including:
-The client 
-Add Invoice items and associated costs with each item
-Set the due date and frequency for the Invoice
-Attach any relevant files
-Allow for Payment processing (must have connected Stripe account for Credit/Debit card or ACH payment)
-Save and send, Send as a quote, or save as a draft to be sent to the client later.

Order processing time
There are a few steps required to form your company. 
​1. State Formation - We form your company in the state of your choice. This process takes up to 1-2 weeks. 
​2. EIN Number - Once your company is formed, we start working on your Employer Identification Number.
Note: A U.S. Social Security Number (SSN) is not required to obtain an EIN, however, if you have one, it greatly expedites the process. 
Timeline (with SSN): A few days
Timeline (without SSN): 4 - 6 weeks on average
